EoC is ******** I change my armor to suite the former combat triangle and my charactor becomes like 20% weaker? Wtf...

And about the combat triangle its not suppose to be balanced each branch should be 15-20% stronger than the one it counters a player at level 85 using the right gear should be able to beat a player at level 100 using the wrong gear but it just isnt that way.

The formula for combat system nowdays is total bullshet aswell. level 4s with 99 hp and account with 10 hp and a ton of defence levels just to boost health to the point were they dont need hitpoint levels the old level system was much more balanced.

Dead content like Zamorak staff shop should be removed, along with zamorak staff since its a worthless item now due to the fact that half the spells in the game were removed with EoC.

Ice Burrage also needs bumped back up to 30 second hold time, why do all the spells hold for the same ammount of time it dosnt even make any ****** since a level 1 spell should'nt do the same as a level 99 spell? It just make combat undesirable and boring for the higher level player theres no point in achieving a goal anymore since the rewards are none exiestant.

Graphical glitches also need addressed in masses, Zamorak book dosnt hold properly in a player hand and Royal D'hide armor still is bugged when in combat stance. Also scaling at hats such as the dagon'hai hat and infinity hat is off and they need to be adjusted to be as close to the origional model as possible they look redicoulas.

Furthermore the EoC was done half as and a lot of the abilitys done even work properly and some players have abilitys that I dont seem to be able to aquire for whatever reason its also buggy and the max hits from the old combat system dont even come close to scaling with the max on EoC even with the abilitys.

These problems are what keep the game from being fun we dont need new content. We need proper game maintance and mechanical fixs prioritys over at Jagex are unacceptable

Hey jagex, will EOC ever be removed from this game or even a separate server for the people who want the old combat system?

If do you, will you get opinions on whether if the players who have quit, will they return to RS?

Because i've already quitted RS since EOC came out, but this recent topic on letting us know that jagex is trying to change have certainly sparked a slight interest of people who have quit and certainly me.

If jagex really have no plans on letting us players have the old RS, please do let us know as we won't even have a slightest glimps of hope that we would return to RS.

But one thing i do know is that EOC was certainly a bad idea in the eyes of many, 10s of thousands or even more have quit due to that, judging from the players online everyday now which is around 60k including the bots, it's quite a big number.

It may sound harsh because i don't have any other way to put this.

Please remove the new EOC its jsut terrible. People are quitting because of it. Look at all those youtube videos. And what happened to our favorite weapon in-game? the Dragon Claws!? Who wants a dragon claw with no special..??

I know jagex's goal is to make more money and we're players not complaining about it, instead suggesting better ways to make money, adding pre- november 20th servers and adding other oldschool servers is MUCH better than using these pathetic SOF AND SGS micros. Think about it, it'd be win-win situation.

sad fact: the mods replied to the first messages where they felt convinient.

as soon as people came up with the true feelings about the eoc
i haven't seen any mod replying to the eoc issue.

see thats the problem jagex folks.
you act like small children.

as long as you feel convinient everything is allright but when you have to
face the truth you are unable to take a statement and you solve the problem
by ignoring the community.

if you really wanna stay true to what you posted in this forum that you listen to the community and all that do one simple thing.

Bring back the regular runescape combat system with no further excuses.

you can keep the dual wield system and new features in the game for sure

if you do that you can save the company and the game we all love.

i agree to you saying that a game has to evolve and new stuff has to be included,
but it has to be in a positive way. the evolution of combat just made it worse.
so finally accept your loss and do a favor to all the loyal runescape players
and get rid of the evolution of crap mode once and for all.
this game is going to die if you dont do it. and think about your own lifes folks.
you gonna end up pretty bad because no other gaming developement company is going to hire you
after they all gonna know that you completely destroyed one of the best internet games ever existed.

its not too late. take your actions now and im sure many players gonna come back
and be willing to forgive you this huge mistake.

stop talking now and show us some actions
