RS was amazing before eoc came out, EOC takes away the fun in the game. its ridicoulous to have EOC in pvp, it overwhelms the players.I know from personal experience that EOC has made alot of players quit this game. Myself even quit for periods of time. EOC, is ruining runescape. for those who like EOC, and for those who dislike it. The amount of runescape players who would choose to play on the regular server(without EOC) will be much higher than the players that choose to play with EOC, guaranteed.
and gave us chocolate, and we did not like, now do a vote to see the reality of the players really want is that everything will be as it was before ... exactly EoC could update the game with good updates, but we did not like the EOC to most. and I say this with only 500 + people in 3 clans we stopped playing to begin imagenense other players for the last 8 or 6 years ...... just the EOC did not like, and if they keep losing players, then congratulations, and are losing players, only 76k players online, and most are bots before EoC ..... EoC before .......... were connected a some 140k people online, now is less below 80k and keep going down because it looks most "ONLINE" are bots ..... is reality.... we want the RS to where it was before all this problem the EOC . simply remove the EOC. and leave the RS as it was before this update that certainly most do not like ... and if we did as a vote, it hurts because maybe they did when most veteran players were not at the time or in the place to vote against the EOC.

well i opened this link mainly because i hoped to read that the evolution of combat
has been set back to the regular runescape we all loved.

it's just ignorant to ***** the community like you corrupt jagex team did
and its pretty sad in my opinion.
to make sure you know you screwed up: over 100k quit playing runescape
many commentators quit playing runescape (the ones who really loved the game)
the best player quit runescape because he was tired to keep up with your ********.
and what was your solution? botany bay... and that was a total mess cause you would go broke
if you wouldnt get cash from paying bots after the community got crashed
by your own bad ideas.
i wasnt thrilled with the sequel of fortune update but i had no problem to deal with it
and it wasnt a reason to quit the game.
but after the eoc update i quit playing runescape myself because i was tired to
deal with this ******** everytime i play. thanks for messing the game up

had alot of fun playing runescape but the game is just not fun to play any more.

same bro...in facebook they say, "EoC is fine", and some of us insult against the EOC, and Jagex does not give any response .. then? where is the concept of "give the customer what he asks," or "The customer is always right", The saddest part of the RuneScape page in facebook 1,000,000 is that "people alleged" only 50-100 say something posted on their website ... and 8 out of 10 comments are against the EOC!. i AGree with you Raptor8k,

Dawg the numbers you see above in real time is NOT the number Jagex is following. They are watching page visits, loss versus new members. The page visits to RS are extremely low right now and web traffic to RuneScape have fallen dramatically since November. The charts I have seen show almost a precipice of a drop at that time. That drop does not reverse. That is why MMG is on here now, suddenly. He is trying to assure what is left of the members that there is no reason to bail. The other scary thing is that on a Youtube post I watched 01/24/2013, it is shown that as of now Jagex cannot afford to disown all the member bots because if they do they would not be able to meet payroll. However, even the bots are struggling because to run a goldmining bot there must be an exchange of product for gold. The RS economy is in ruins and cannot recover. When they changed the food and armors they changed the base of the economy. Prayer is 50% effective now so prayer, based on dragon bones, is worthless more or less.

Jagex hired a certain graphics genius to "fix" RuneScape. He has fixed it but good. They need to fire him, until they do expect even worse things from this bunch of idiots.

So to summarize this post: "We're going to allow you to give us more feedback. We will then pretend to acknowledge this feedback, but change absolutely nothing. But at least we can technically say that we heard your complaints."



8 years, Jagex. That's how long I've been here. Yet somewhere along the way, you stopped keeping your promises and started caring more about the $$$.
It may be getting old to hear, but EoC was and IS a disaster. Not only that, but it was a big, flashing red light of your dishonesty.

I was willing to try it, because you said that it wouldn't effect our ability to fight even if we decided not to use it. HUGE LIE. Do you realize that if I don't use the action bar, it takes me up to 15 hits to kill an imp? AN IMP!!! You've set up the combat system to where we have no choice but to use it. And you promised that would never happen.


So to be quite honest. I take your current promises with a grain of salt. I'll believe it when I see it.
