Oh also some of your systems are kind of far too forgiving. The teleportation networks are out of hand as is the death system. They encourage laziness and lack risk.

Also you very rarely discuss anything outside of what you are currently developing which is kind of sad.

Oh also you seem to be slowly removing your most consistently good quality thing from the game which is chatheads which is kind of weird. For example now when we must select an option our character no longer says the option we picked the game just assumed it has been said which is sad.

Also the forums are in real need of moderation. I have seen forum help unattended for several hours recently so yeah.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting to see this on the front page. Goes to show that you higher ups of Jagex truly do..'observe', if that's the correct way to put it. Listen to the players, analyze, etc. (I'm saying that as a good thing, by the way)

More seriously though, I think this was a really great insight, and it has made a lot of people happy with Jagex's thought process.

Oh yes and you seem to have favouritism towards certain "famous" runescapers. Some have videos of them abusing bugs but you congratulate them on say beating bosses by using the bug? What is that all about?

wtf are you talking about fixing lag issues whit the extra money?
in 2006 we had probably more servers and less lag too....
you saved money on the servers, removed servers, and created the lag yourselves.............................

Man you have no idea what it meant to me when I read this post. Thanks so much for actually caring about your customers now. Going to be honest I use to get so mad about how things were back then to point I quit. Since I've been back I have to say Runescape had grab my attention in so many ways. I deeply enjoy this game a lot now. Looking forward to all the new changes :) . Jagex team had been doing a great job! Keep up the work. Guys are making very great progression! Your newspost has not moved me, not in the slightest. Fix bugs and actually take time on updates and maybe I "might" care.

And please, punish gamblers and actually ban bots and keep them in serious check so I don't have to deal with so many beggers... gets really annoying telling people that it isn't hard to make a mil or two and they just end up flower hosting.

I must say that I'm quite happy with this apology post. Let's just hope you won't have to make another one next year.

There are 2 things I'd like to see this year though:

1. Keep your promises. It absolutely ticks players off when you guys promise something and in the end do not fulfil those.

2. PLEASE, PLEASE pay more attention to the order of newsposts on the homepage. A good chunk of your players is not a fan of SOF or SGS. I often enough see SOF or SGS news posts on top which makes it seem like the most important update to the game at that time. While I know that you guys need the money, I think actual content updates should be on top instead of SOF/SGS posts.

A good example would be yesterday, the news post about the Abduction teleports was above the news post about the Desert tasks. I really think that should be *he other way around as the Desert tasks are much more significant than some custom teleports.
