Mod MMG, thank you for an awesome thread. I hope 2013 will be a better year, I payed membership for the whole year and I am sure not quitting this game as long as Jagex keeps a good communication with the community and listens to the feedback. I appreciate the honesty overall.

As a passionate clan leader, I listen a lot to my clan members and how they feel about the game. Some liked the Eoc and some didn't. Some of the clan members wanted a seperate server for the old combat system. Some said that monsters such as abbysal demons and living rock creates hit through their armour really easily even when they are wearing tanking gear such as bandos and barrows with 99 defence. I almost died in living rock cave while doing a mining task when I was wearing full bandos and dfs and I got 94 defense.

I really understand that the game must develop and be up to date. I'm not a veteran player who thinks that the old times were the best of times. But something I do want is a server by you guys with the old combat system in place but with the same graphics as now. However I do like the EoC but it really needs to be fixed. A skillcape can't be better than a kiln cape, that's like a stab in the back for those of us who worked hard to master the kiln. 10 years+ veteran, @Ecologicrs

MMG, regarding the combat levels. You said one of the main reasons for this was because you felt pures were taking advantage of the current system. Fair enough but with armour being given life point boosts, surely this was enough without radically changing the combat formula?

Please excuse me if I am being completely contrary but I just have a [maybe dumb] question about the war on bots. Why are certain localized bots not getting more attention even when it is obvious? I mean if you go to summer garden theres ~100 bots in each world. If you go to aubury theres ~100 bots running pess. If you go to any green/blue drags there's a crowd of granite chest/drag med bots. Is this not obvious place to crack down? Completely on the other hand though, if there were no bots wouldn't that make the game much harder for people who rely on resources that are tedious to obtain directly like DBones, Pess, Logs, Leather, Raw Feesh, Ores... I mean where would all the stuff come from? Skilling would just stagnate.

Remove (or at least attempt to remove) Gambling from RS this year please.

By 'remove' I don't mean 'encourage it with your own in game casinos', I mean remove it.

Dear Jagex,

i got a couple of idea that would make the game alot better. First of all we wanted the free trade back and the wilderniss, unfortunately it maked the game worser.
The evolution of combat in my opinon it s not a "good" update because pkers cant pk anymore,bossing is easier and most players can't adapt this. If you would have back alot of players,just bring us back the bounty hunter and the pvp worlds back,because that was alot more fun and more people liked pking and it was an amazing time. The armour update is also a lame update, it just make the game worser,graphics make them ugly. So you should carefully take a look at myn post and i can promise you that if you change these things back runescape wil be alot more succesful like it always was.
