@ Peter fox it's a crap decision they put these high numbers cause they want to just make the extra money off us. Hell haven't they made enough this month with all of us re buying membership that alone should warrant our 500k votes. Not our fault the EOC lovers tell us adapt to change and when another change happens for people who don't like EOC they act like babies and don't vote..We had no say in EOC coming except a stupid Beta where those results were total BS

Thank you so much Jagex, a fair decision indeed. If we grow within the next 6 month's it will remain FREE! If not, then we will have an extra fee.

That's fair to me, if we don't grow then what else can be said, but I'm sure we will grow in time! Thanks again JaGex Team! :)

Thank you Jagex! I'm so glad we get this game without extra membership fee. Now I can really consider making a new account to make a pure out of it, after I've finished with my current one and then play with both :)

And of course the amount of players might change and go down for a bit, you never know. I'm, for example, going to play old school now, but go to EoC at some point to finish my goal of getting a max or completionist cape, and of course trying out some new content. But I think I'm always gonna play OSRS, even if I'd be off for a moment ;)

Everybody said 2 weeks wasn't enough. Most people who quit this game, quit years ago, and they haven't had time to hear about this.

It's funny how Jagex is going back on their words, yet again.

And I love how RSC servers are still closed...amazing.

Thanks a ton Jagex for being so generous with the votes. I know we were 50k short of 500k but I can garantee that keeping the base membership cost the same you'll get a bigger profit via all the people who would stay playing vs quitting at the $5 more. Overall thanks Jagex and i can't wait for the first content vote!!!

You are aware that if you'd published that new Origins video 2 weeks ago, you probably would have surpassed the goal?

That thing is amazing. Also it's ncie to know we have the option to play oldschool now.

Unfortunately I still can't Access the browser based version of the game and I'm stuck using the downloadable client version. So I wont' be able to try it out
