Cody, while I agree that Jagex should be focusing on fixing things that are broken rather than adding more, there is actually not such thing as hacking RuneScape accounts (or at least no working thing). You were probably just careless with either your ******** or your pc's security. The entire world is bragging about cookies and Jagex doesn't even know how to use them.

Learned my lesson about JAG, forgot 1 answer and nearly lost my account. If you have a computer quit, get another, and forget answers your account is gone forever. I have pin + strong pass + don't visit sites that can steal my pass and I am the only person on this 'puter. I have good protection with antispyware, antikeylogger, antivirus, and 3 firewalls (modem/router/computer). I spend most of my day behind a VPN for extra protection.

Good to see Jagex making a awareness of increased security. My account is already far secure enough, but I suppose I could lend a helping hand to those who have'nt already used JAG. Make sure to think of others and help spread the security; it'll get everyone another step closer to making sure this game stays as enjoyable as it is.

Hi sorry for posting this here but i need a quick answer. Once i bought a members*** about 3 months ago and when i logged today i realised that every month i was automatically uprageding an acccount. The problems is i dont want such thing... I never had such problem and i dont remember signing membership for mor than 1 month. So now there is question. What to do in order to stop this thing. I just want have membership when i buy it by my own.?

i just have a question dose this site belong to JAG ( http://application . uk . to ) was told to fill out app but not sure i do want to be a mod but i am sure it wont come from a player the player that sent me there is ( secured ray )

Jagex don't pm you in-game choosing players to be mods.

They will contact you in your ingame inbox.

IF by any chance a j mod does talk to you, they will have a gold crown next to their name

hi i got harshly scammed last night by an account called "bro dung" he managed to control my laptop an trade with his account! there was nothing i could do but sit back an watch all my years of playing go down the drain i lost 103m right under my eyes. i tryed do close down runescape but my mouse wasnt working but yet on the screen it was trading my stuff out of the bank an all my money from my pouch, what can i do??? i feel i should quit.
