Have had all the recommended processes / fire walls ect from day one (have been playing for over 5 years). JAG has been a good addition for just that little extra security.
The point of the questions in JAG is to make them memorable to ONLY you so if you cant remember your first teachers name dont use that particular question. Not even my children know my JAG question answers! The only time ive had a slight problem with JAG is when a microsoft update somehow gave us a new isp - problem solved just answered the JAG questions and gave the computer access again

There is no way for a player to monitor I.P's accessing your account if you have lost control. Even if you could they wouldn't provide any use to you.
By what you've said above am I right to assume you've lost full control of your 07 account?
First things first, always scan your computer for Malware and Viruses in general
If you have an Email registered to the account then you should be able to recover it easily. If however you've lost access to your email too you'll need to contact the Account Help support email (This can be found in the 'Lost Control of my Account' QFC below). I strongly advise you change the registered email after you regain control of your account too.
I'll post some Quick Find Codes below that will help you recover and protect your account.
