It never ceases to amaze me that people actually are naive enough to believe everything they read on these forums, and consider it 100 percent truth.
Bots are here, they always were, they always will be, and jagex will never take a "true" bot killing active stance because ** would hurt their income. They give out a token bit killing occasionally to appease the mass of sheepels who believe everything they read, but have not got the sense to reason out why jagex loves bots, or the common sense to go look around and "see" the "results" of these "supposed" bot killings.
Bottom line, they never have had control of the bot situation in this game, and they never will, because they do NOT want to.
But, they are always more then happy to ban accounts for speaking their honest opinions AGAINST them by telling simple truths, especially in the forums.
SO, let us SEE a Name and Shame to validate this claim.
Oh , wait, I forgot, you won't post them and maybe, just maybe, even put up a reason why you won't post the banned names in this forum. Would be interesting to see what excuse you give for withholding that information.
Or are you going to just ban me, gag me, or remove this post, because I do not believe you and spoke out about it.
I have dutifully reported bots for years, the same ones repeatedly, yet they remain playing. Many other people have done this also. When the players cannot see any discernable improvement in the bot situation in game, why would you expect them to believe you have done anything worthwhile about botting?
Bottom line,, SHOW some PROOF, otherwise your just blowing smoke again, as usual.
