I feel like this is just another of jagex's propaganda to keep whats left of the legit players happy. If you hear them doing something about bots you wont be complaining as much. Don't be so weak minded and believe something huge is going to happen everytime a small event occurs, use your brain and think again. I doubt the bots at places like dragons are so hard to spot that it takes them years take action, also the bots been banned are dungeon bots, which further more explains jagex's intention. Sure we are happy to hear bots have been banned, it's at a place where noone can see changes, why even bother to do something? Wouldn't suprise me they just told us something happened but in reality nothing really did.

They keep talking about how bots effect runescape economy, well all i see is talk and talk, no actions what so ever.

@Jagex: You have broken so many promises, it's really hard to trust you anymore.

My top 3 most dissapointing broken promises:

1. Microtransaction, yes you told us not just once it wont be intruduced in rs but you broke it.

2. No more tradable discountinued items after santa hat, ehh... HELLO?! Fish mask and tree hat anyone?!

3. No advantages for players who decide to pay microtransations to support Jagex. Hmm.. new pets, countless exp lamps.. oh wait, you get tradeble items which are worth millions. Why bother spending time to make GP? Just buy them from Jagex instead!

Your senior management team are useless just like i stated in other posts. Wake up and have a look in the mirror. You have made so many mistakes with your stupid updates which you later had to correct cause you are losing players on it, keeping bots running just for some extra income each month is the biggest of them all. Before any huge changes has happend, quit posting propaganda like this to fool your loyal players!

BOT BUSTING IS FAKE! READ AND LEARN!

I am in world 3, at the combat academy, next to the X mass tree.

From Jack the Explore home, at each 2-3 min , 2 lvl 34 players are created, they walk next to the dummy dispenser neer the xmass tree, they start reading map and atept to teleport.....then...A DRAGON ANTI BOT HAND COMES and says BOT USER!


THAT IS HAPPENING ALL OVER AGAIN!

U FAKE IT! ACTIVE BOT BUSTING IS SOOOO FAKE!

All jsut go worlds 1,2,3 and observe this dejavu ure self by standing at the xmass tree from the combat academy.

I need you rid of bots because I'm so so hurt in my heart.... because I never get Kill Blue Dragons :'( anymore..... any worlds :'( I need your help because I want Blue Dragonehide and Bone make coins for Dragonhide and Dragon Bone will pray 61 to 99. so.... Because I want kill Blue Dragon for 100k times get Dragon bone make me Pray 99 and Blue Dragonhide make me rich because I need coins for my Skills that's all... I know about new combats system... but I'm Range that's why I tried hit Blue Dragons because they are bots with Melee got hit Blue Dragon it's like quick it's hard to get Our Blue Dragons now I never get them :'( so No worry I'm alway share with Peoples Real Peoples without bots that's good no matter = ^_^ = I'm still stuck for that. I'm wait for Mods need rid of bots from Blue Dragons or anymore Dragons. I want Bots must banned with dead never come back. Please help us Mods..... We need Mods have rid of bots :'(

I'm sorry... I can't talk with this post because I'm bad mood right now well Bots is still here.... Mods must rid of bots for that well I can't report them it's not work but it's Only Mods can be working with Report bots very well? Mods have great Responsible for Only rid of Bots not us.... without Silver Mods I know.... Gold Mods must great Responsible for that.... And...

It's working Report for me.... then I will Great great Responsible rid of bots for Mods That's why it's happened it's not work Report right now well.... because I planed for that. I must make sure Pokes to them Real Peoples can talk me I will not report them or bots is not talk I will report them I don't want mess up report to real peoples can mad/upset. That's why.... They did messed up with reported Real Peoples without poke them. I'm not happy with them what they did messed up... Poor Mods have hard hard hard work on it.... I'm worried about Mods was so hard work too much.

A zero tolerance policy? But when Botany Bay came out they said that they would be giving people 3 chances. Which is it?

Was yesterday just a lot of peoples third chance or did they change there mind? Also it said that people who exploit bugs will be banned on the first offense. Where botters are supposed to get 3 chances. Is exploiting bugs that much worse then botting?

I'm not saying that they don't need to have a zero policy i'm just a little confused.

Ty Mods!!

I wanna say that there also spreading e-mails that looks like from runescape or jagex but it isn't. They ask you for changing your e-mail or ******** from you're runescape account. Normally i get e-mails from runescape with a giant box with runescape drawings (you know how that looks like). Well if you do exactly what they say with an official runescape site, the day later you're hacked ......

This is more of the same record we've been overhearing again and again and again.

You are banning bots, yes, but you still can't get rid of them all. You can't even reach the 1% with your bans. Every time you ban a bot, we get more coming up along.

Until you do not create a software that can actually get rid of them, please just keep quiet. Do not start trying to make bots fear for nothing, or getting legit players' hopes up. It's just the same thing over and over.

The scripts are always better and they get around with you. If you applied some common-sense to your BotWatch, then, perhaps, we could get rid of almost every kind of macroing. Because, I don't know why, but you seem to need to be 200% sure the player is botting when human sense already tells you they are botting.
