yup, most assuredly my degree is very much outdated. Seems I spent most of my life teaching computer programming to little folks like you who think that insulting old folks about their lifes career and accomplishments somehow makes them feel more important. well, Formina, good luck to you. Maybe when you grow up you will learn that you are not nearly as intelligent as you think you are. Sure wish you had been one of my students...lol can you spell fail?

To Mean Old Man ~little folks don’t always understand that learning isn't something that ends with a great fancy gold stamped piece of paper and if you actually get something from school and a degree it should be inspired to learn more and keep learning. Have patience old one sometimes youth is jealous of knowledge and experience before they can hold it for themselves.



Tuki Bird- Im not sure why jagex doesn't trust the players more. I know about what some mods have done for sure but it would only take a few mods a few days to get some serious numbers of hunting and dragon bots sorted and into the black hole. The problem with that would be .... what would jagex do with them after that? I would say nothing why does anything have to be done leave them in the hole.

They have to realise that when young players see others and hear others talking about bots and how many levels they have gotten off a bot and how easy it is… well they think why not everyone else is doing it why should it I do it too why should I have to grind like this
I’m not saying that those who use bots shouldn’t be punished but Jagex knows many of them have been lead astray from the vast numbers of other players who bot.
But botting breeds botters. and just letting them stay in the game is growing more real players into thinking botting is accepted.

Ive listened to some people talking about how they feel sorry for the bots and try to tell me how bots help us. Its a totally twisted mentality I don’t get it.

@mean 0ld man, I merely don't see the point of you bringing up your degree as if it's relevant to the situation. It simply comes off as trying to big note oneself.

I mean i just have common sense and therefore can see jagex obviously aren't doing all they can. (yet you claim they do...what a laugh). And can also tell that obviously bot programmers will upgrade and update with the times.

"i got a degree before most gamers parents were born" ... like...yeah.. ok ..wow.

So fail? I hardly think so unless you wish to speak for yourself.

Yeah thanks Jagex, apart from he fact you banned one of my best friends who has been a loyal member of the Runescape community for a long time and has never botted once in his life, everything he earned was honest. Now your supposed bot detection software is rolling him back to level 1 mining thanks allot Jagex....great job. And all the hosters and scammers are still out there ruining this game. Now i have no problem with banning bots I hate them more than anything else in the game, but if your going to punish the wrong people then that's something else.

Please sort it out jagex

Gudhix, the son I mentioned is in his 40's and has nearly grown sons of his own. :)

Zippy Rambo, Americans in the "mid-west" call soda "pop". Lol. Where I live now, I've had to learn to call it "soda". Never drink the stuff, anyway. :)

Okay, POP is player owned ports. I did start it the first day it came available, but haven't gone back since doing a bit of "remodeling" that first day. I found it kind of boring.

Varrock essence miners, Grotworms, Mithril dragons, blue dragons...not sure where all these bots disappeared from, but I hope you'll kick more to the curb very soon.

What about the cheaters that utilized the Player-owned ports glitch? Seems like a double standard when you ban the God Statues cheaters (well deserved!) but let the PoP cheaters slide. Who cares if they make videos, give them the boot!
...remembers when you had to USE EACH AND EVERY FISH IN YOUR INVENTORY WITH A RANGE to cook them...
