Great suggestion..................NOT.
Might be a better idea to stop the gold selling sites and bots if Jagex brought in Microtractions and sold gold on the game site themselves...
I know a lot of you will disagree with me on that but think of it this way....a game company had issues with sites selling gold for one of their games on many sites, the game company decided to try out selling gold on their game site...within 3 months the bots dwindled down to almost half in 6 months there would have been around 12% of the paying accounts that were bots...Making it easier for the admin to hunt the bots down and perm ban the account and any account associated with it.
Now Jagex doesn't need to sell large amounts of gold but if they let members purchase it only and set a fixed amount allowed to be purchased it could help them rectify the bot issue..
Just a suggestion that maybe Jagex and their other partner might want to think about.

CrazyDawg, the main reason bots should be removed is that
• Botting is cheating, that is, botters get rewards for playing the game without actually playing the game.
If Jagex sold gold, that would just institutionalize cheating. Gold buyers would get rewards without actually playing the game. They would pay to cheat.
I'm seeing level 200 bots in edgeville where the chaos druids are in the dungeon near the entrance to the wild underground. Level 200s. You missed a couple, Jagex.
Jagex just seems to be trying to pacify us with these posts. There needs to be blanket permanent bans of every bot. Bots make a mockery of this game, which is a shame because i love this game.
