Bots and Cheaters Banned

Although a J-mod posted on pages 93-94 & 102, it does not really give many of us any sense of closure.
We know that "some" bots have been banned. We see the hand come down and crush them. BUT, those are replaced in mere seconds by 2 more. And, those are only stupid advert bots, not really bad bots that affect our game play. Adverts clog the chat and are as bad as all the spamming auto-typers, but we can usually still play with them spewing their filth.
It is the ones that are still in the game that are annoying us.
This was a PR stunt. Pure and simple. This was almost the same thing that has been said everytime ad nauseum, but very little changes.
Remove free trade and actually BAN the bots. Don't just touch their hands and say "BAD!!" while they laugh at you and continue doing it in front of your face.
We have been complaining about the bots for YEARS. Years. Not days or months. Not only since the EoC. The reason free trade was removed was because of the same issues we have today.
It will only get worse, not better, since Jagex is now gearing the game toward the types of players that are more apt to use those RWT sites, cheat, bot, and then leave the game in worse chaos than it is now.
You are kicking your loyal players and placating the cheaters. Eventually there will be no loyal (aka real) players in this game. The customer service for this game is pretty bad and the continual disregard and lack of common respect is going to cause serious problems in the long-run, which has most likely already occurred.
I am a player. I have been playing for over 6 1/2 years and really enjoyed this game. Even with all the ups and downs, I stuck with this game over other games. I got flack for playing RS instead of other games.
Sadly, I don't enjoy this game very much anymore. I will stay until my membership runs out (in a long while) and try to complete some goals, but I don't feel motivated to do much else. I even started playing another game too.
