as much as i hate bots and kills me to say this ... theres been bots since 12 years ago
point is there will allways be bots yeah jagex are smart and good with computer systems to stop bots but theres allways a botter better

Several threads are locked every day just because they observe the huge number of bots that Jagex fails to ban.

Botwatch was announced Jan 2012, one year ago. It should have been working by last April when it could identify bots within a few seconds.

Jagex has the ability to ban the bots. 8 months since the April statement, and still it's not out.

In September it cleared out the bots from summer garden. Why are they all back?

Four months since the accidental ban of players, yet it's still not deployed.

Jagex does virutally nothing about the bot crisis. A few bots get reset but so few that the situation is worse now than a month ago.

What's the delay?

To cure this bot issue Jagex needs to get rid of free trade and choke these RWT's out of business. Or what they could bring back coin restriction to person to person trade. And make people just have to use the Grand Exchange to buy items. 99% of people that trade by person are rwters, scammers, gamblers. The bots are hogging resources for legit players!
