I have personally had conversations with MMG and when he talks about updates and implementations he always considers how they will effect the community. This is a subject he is very passionate about."

OH JAGEX you give me a good laugh.

Now, In my opinion, I think the eoc was meant to be a step in the right direction, but you might have just took too big a step and fell on your ass. Not to be offensive or anything, I mean this update was too rushed, I mean 6 months???? I would drag it on for more than that, like @least a year so people could get a full feel for what the eoc is about. I suggest reviving specs by adding weapon-exclusive abilities, as well as buffing some things like the staff of light. So, hopefully you can llok in to that and add it to the game.

Im gonna have to agree with guttson on this one.

If you think about it, all the haters say that the eoc destroys rs and they should put a 06 scape server in the game. I mean, they literally give little to none constructive criticism, and Jagex only responds to constructive criticism, not some unjust opinion based bullcrap.

I had a difficult time wading through all of the BS in the first three paragraphs -.-

Everything else *sounds* promising, but it certainly won't cause me to start enjoying the game again unless you fix some fundamental problems and old content. Game balance needs to be addressed, bots need to be taken seriously, and immersion-rending in-game advertisements for your microtransactions need to be toned down, if not removed completely. Those are the three top reasons why I won't be continuing my membership after my current allotment runs out.

To end on a more positive note, I'd like to point out that some airlines offer WiFi on their planes, and I have personally played RuneScape on my laptop during a couple of my flights :p

My criticisms aside, I still wish you all a Merry Christmas.

They mentioned in the lore livestream that Mourning's End Part III won't be released until 2014 so that they can make the Elf City, Prifddinas, as graphically stunning as possible. The quest is also supposed to last a full 24 hours of game play.
