In the FAQ, you can only buy the gold package once, i doubt they will make another package at the end of 2013.. The gold package will last for ages (till like 2014) where it then might be updated to more stuff, such as replacing the green skin, maybe with a blue skin (if they ever bring that out) An Approved Community Project: Molior RS

Looks like a pretty good deal, since I would be paying that money anyway.

One question though. I'm on £3.50 a month membership and when my premier membership ends would I return to the lower cost or would it be the default £5?

That's the thing, they can't. They've tried it, but they simply can't. Every time they try they try to redo Runescape in a different way. Just think of their abandoned 'Mechscape' or 'Stellar Dawn'. Or their 'Transformers Universe', which was set to be released earlier this year but they never did. They suck at making new games it seems, they're a one trick pony.

However, they used to be a one trick pony with one VERY GOOD trick. But lately it's as if they have forgotten how to do that trick, and their audience grows tired. Sure, there's people who haven't seen the trick before, but their old enthusiastic crowd can see the deterioration.

everyone has a right to be heard on here, whatever their view, but when you read all the posts and look at your answers, it's only fair to ask.

especially as recently it would be reasonable to suspect that Jagex would be trying to answer some of the vitriol poured out on here without attracting attention to themselves and open the floodgates.
