The golden katana and bloodpouncer pet are NOT included.

Only way to buy it is the one off payment through the premier club page, not any other way like putting in various game cards.

It is saving. Gold gives you around $40 dollars on RuneCoins alone, and about $75 dollars of spins. That is over the cost of the package itself. Exclusive paladin armour, access to all betas, a newsletter, and a prize draw that are otherwise unobtainable out of the package. Not to mention the vanity items *hat are now unobtainable.

Geez, for all those who whine, look at the CONTENTS. No, your grandfathered price won't cancel. Your current membership fee and months remaining are just paused, and resume just like they were after the pack is over. There's no point in giving a discount, it's just like buying a game card for a vanity item. Do you get a discount or refund for those? No.

In my opinion, RuneScape will probably be around in a year, even more. With how many players, and with what quality, that is something only the future can tell; there's been a large decrease in players, I've noticed it's gone from 200k playing, to 100k.

Here is why I am not buying into this dumb Premier Club...

12 months membership. Well duh! We're paying 75 bucks for it!!

10% discount on all items in Solomon’s General Store. Get real! There is nothing even remotely useful in Solomon's General Store except maybe the Bank Boosters.

One extra daily spin on Squeal of Fortune for the whole year, in addition to the usual two enjoyed by members. Oh! Yay! One more free spin per day! *Sarcasm*

Priority access to any and all RuneScape closed betas in 2013. So we have to shell out 75 bucks to be able to have access to the betas of 2013??

A full set of Paladin Armour cosmetic overrides, with body and leg armour, boots, a helmet, a paladin blade and paladin shield. Oh gee thanks! More useless cosmetic items! Not! I'm being sarcastic again. -_-

Do not waste your money on this Premier Club, it's just not worth the money. Maybe it would be if there was more Choose Your Fate or even coins and/or EXP to be had like there was in the Sizzling Summer Promotion.

Make a event where F2P can get a month membership or organize a membership giveaway for people or children like me that their parents don't want to buy membership or can't buy it. Plz do this for everyone in Runescape ;) this is the best game i ever played!!!

Shouldn't rs have over 200m registered a*counts? Omg!?
You really think there still exists 100k players?
In my opinion, only less than 10k are playing, the rests are bots, gold farmers, spammers etc.

I agree that Jagex can't stop its wound bleeding (losing members) unless the botting problem is solved. I don't mean by throwing in the what what Botany Bay that randomly banned accounts. I mean concrete measures that make the bot systems malfunction ever after.

It's quite interesting to promote the Premier Club trying to bind players in one-off payments, while many people including me are wondering if we should extend our monthly memberships.

Don't really understand why I'm writing this, anyway, if what I just wrote deserves one-second glance by a jmod, it's my pleasure :]
