Even more to encourage botting. First the three strikes system, second the removal of random events, now a refer-a-friend makes it easier for bots.

It really makes me sick to think that Jagex is encouraging this.

oh jagex, what did we tell you when we didn't want EOC

you go and make misleading survey results to make everyone think that 75% of people had good responses to EOC. now you lose a large player base because EOC was a failure. and now you are trying more pathetic joke methods to recruit more people into the game.

just remake runescape, start everyone at lvl 3 and reset it to how it was in 2006
you'd probably get more players then this stupid recruit a friend EOC crap.

Had I known Jagex was just going to give Exp out in droves I wouldn't have wasted my time actually playing the game all these years.

At least they flaked on another update (Red flowers to ruin gambling) and have left me at least something to do.
