50k a day - okay. That's not game breaking or anything. Look at what effigies did and plus if Jagex wanted to they could do some little marketing deal like WoW had/has going on. The "come back to WoW for an insta level 80 character."
Hey Jagex you should do that with level 81 combat stats- since that's the max needed for abilities. I haven't figured out what the point is of leveling combat skills past 81 is anymore. (aside from dung doors and comp cape it's not even necessary)
I can only assume that eventually we will earn some uber stuff to throw on that bar. If it's anything like Livid Farm we will be earning ablitlies at 99 magic crappier than the ones we have at lvl 20.
Sorry for the negativity but it is what it is! :p

@Mod Mike on page 6:
"I don't mean to question your judgement, but isn't posting on the forums the opposite of boycotting?"
Well bless your heart. He said he was boycotting the game, not the forum.
It's like you want him to voluntarily silence himself so you don't have to be discomforted by his posts of anguish.

Why is RS hiding this in Free Festive Aura for All Members???
most people don't know about double drop weekend starting this Dec 1 because it's hiding in the title Free Festive Aura for All Members...

I hope the christmas event is better this year, jagex has been trying too hard to create a long storyline for the holiday events recently, making them seem too much like quests. And the rewards have been lacking greatly. we dont want robes and necklaces, we want cool items that we can boast about after a few years time, i believe the very last good holiday event jagex ever did was christmas of 08, it was also the last good holiday reward, which was the santa suit. So, please jagex. Make christmas fun again..

@Lady Bilrach

Very well said

@Mod_Mike and all the other player haters

Do you ever wonder what happened to the "community" in Rune$cape? Seems like the answer is that YOU people happened to it.

I personally can't understand why it is that some people would rather attack others than to ever stop and consider someone else's side of things. Where does all this hate come from? Should hate be coming from the J-mods who are supposed to be representing Jagex? Does a J-mods hateful comments improve Jagex's reputation or do you think that it may have a negative impact?
While many updates, even those in the last year, have been decent, many others have not been, however, regardless of the quality or lack of quality present in the latest updates, the facts remain the same, players are leaving in droves. Perhaps that fact should be taken into consideration during the creative process of the updates. Well liked updates = more players, disliked updates = less players and here's a shocker more players generally = more PAYING players = more $.
Driving off a portion of your player base just because they voice disapproval of recent updates they don't like, even those that are quitting because of them is bad for business. Stubbornly not being willing to sit down and try to make them happy enough to stay is bad for business. Ignoring them or insulting them is bad for business. It would seem this younger, more hateful, less mature "community" is bad for business.
Do you haters really want to drive away such a large number of players, many members, many F2P? do you really want to diminish incoming membership dues Jagex REALLY needs in order to pay down the massive debt IVP dumped onto Jagex during the "friendly" takeover (lbo)?

In essence, all I am trying to say is stop and think before you shoot off your mouth and anger already angry players. Be the "community" that Jagex likes to claim it has.

Came here to see what people would complain about.
So many of you guys think that JaGex is trying to lure people back from EoC amirite?
Well, the reality is that extra xp weekends and months have been happening for years now. And sorry guys, but when you leave, *we won't really care all that much* mainly because you'll be back next week lol.
Anyway, looking forward to the double boss drops. I knew saving my insta-kill darts was a good idea! :D
