It's crazy how much things have changed in the last ten years.

We just bought a house (like literally officially homeowners as of yesterday) so it's pretty hype.

Jack: Oof :/ my brother is having a similar problem. Which is weird considering at least in the US there are numerous job openings.

Numerous job openings yes, but as somebody who has failed college twice, at one point I was collapsing due to stress, (Think I posted about that on the old thread years ago?) and ended up getting an angiogram, job openings, at least outside of like retail or fast food, are limited. And even those can be hard to get into. Leader of The Enemy ||

Jack: Oh I believe I remember you saying something like that. Ya, true, and not only that most of the job openings are low-paying ones too. Ya hopefully you can find something, I lost my job back in 2018, and was out of work for about a week and a half, I didn't know what to do with myself.

But getting fired from that job (long story short, manager had her friend working there, and was promoted to assistant manager as I was the only one, only for them to each week, write down my entire day, and what I did and didn't do. Went on for about 4 months, I even found her notebook where she had dates and times of what I was doing), the only job I ever gotten fired from after giving them 7 years of my life, was the best thing to happen to me.
