For educational purposes, I also present the following. TBH this one is awesome, I want everyone to know about it. Increased awareness for a better future.
Projection-
the act of imagining that someone else feels a particular emotion or wants something when in fact it is you who feels this way
Words are cool. Learn to love it.

Man, Jagex is begging me to break down that death costs blog and rip it to shreds.
They set me up to hit some home runs.
But this is a bigger issue. I MUST allow them to participate in public relations without interference. The decisions are already made, the release is imminent.
I credit them for the effort, the blog is written well enough to serve the purpose.

does jagex know any issue have you sent anything off?
if you post there and whgat the issue is someone maybe help you in right direction
well they originally changed death in game to be a gp sink. it worked well as a gp sink, but that came with many negatives to players. #1 it was just pvmers that was just getting rid of gp when they died. #2 because of the death costs people that wanted to learn pvm couldnt due to death costs. unless they used lower tier armour / weapon (which is not ideal when learning) that stopped people pvming, locking them out of content
so jagex realised the pros of the death cost is not worth it by locking people out of content as they cant afford death costs. so they reduced death costs.
now more people are going to be more comfortable to try pvm knowing the death costs arent going to be huge. and learning pvm you die a lot.
now more people can enjoy more of the game. why is this dumb?
These endless 3 minute xp drops are starting to wear me down. I find myself just standing there scattering ashes, waiting for that satisfying thud when I get whacked with an empty wrapping paper tube.
That probably explains why we can't have a traditional Christmas event. Too many presents. There is no way we could possibly deal with them all in a timely manner. The event would require a sequel trilogy to finish it.
The Christmas event ends in a few days but Yakdust persists through most of the month. I remember when we actually got Yaks for completing the events. At some point even they lost interest in dressing up for us.
Meanwhile we have a new event which requires literally ZERO effort beyond showing up daily and simply being in-game for 5 hours a week. This is a celebratory milestone as it represents the 999,999th timer to be added to our accounts. I would suggest we celebrate a million but they can't POSSIBLY come up with another one.
