I went to Youtube to watch the most viewed video on this topic. It's important because many people actually think they learned from it.
It's all meant to mislead. They conveniently forget the word 'you' exists when referring to someone directly. They put up a historical reference and it was on-screen for about a game tick. Looking closer it was taken out of context. The use of their is to strengthen the idea of 'a man' being any man. It's called writing.
Taking things out of context is a huge problem. People like to naturally cherry pick whatever favors their POV, like parts of a law. Or one word or sentence in a full page. Or the Jedi.
