Um...i think you need to straighten your facts. MMG was the one who blossomed the MTX creed with Squeal of Fortune, which consequently morphed into our present day Treasure Hunter. He was also decisive in releasing EoC in its poor form, resulting in its abysmal and scathing reception (which many players still feel to this day). Even back then Jagex was far from perfect, do you even remember the removal of the wilderness, simply to be reinstated back months later - probably not. Jagex has numerous flaws, but being inclusive/diverse isn't one of them

I don't like it either. I want to call Aster a woman but apparently she is not a woman. I've done some quests where I am referred to as a 'they, them, theirs'. I am a male. These people can have their own pronouns but I get called whatever they want? I am being misgendered and there is no option to be offended!

I think this should be inserted in an 'other' gender category you can choose to insert with the makeover wizard and at character creation.

Like I said, I defended them through that because at the time, that was doing good for the game. Now, it has spiraled out of control. I never once said old Jagex was perfect, just that they still showed a clear concern for the future of the game rather than trying to find every way to milk every pixel and they avoided politics at all costs. ~

So apparently some people don't feel that the game should include characters who want to define themselves, rather than have a definition forced upon them by the social majority.
