I don't recall seeing anything about this a year ago, just logged on this morning and found it in game, I imagine most people are in the same boat.
This has been talked about in great detail over 2022
I'm about to enter "The Wilderness" (those pengs are everywhere) and I seek some advice.
Does my insurance company cover my death and eventual collateral damage?
Where is customs? Do I have to declare any goods?
Will my passport get a nice stamp?
Will my inventory be checked when I leave the wilderness?
And on entering the GE after my visit, do I have to pay my tax up front?
Do I have to pay income tax too?
Do you have a customer service station? Where?

I have read this dev blog many times.
Nowhere does it state "The tax takes out more than
their data suggested
they should". The blog only states the part highlighted in green. How does Roddy know the taxes take out more than this data suggests? Where is he getting that data from?
