Dear God, please send the competition, feels like there ain't any.
I long lost count of the victories, there were just far too many.

It'd be like OSRS all over again, not really stopping anything just giving people the chance to buy their way to the top cuz it's undoubtedly the fastest method, and people want dat perm Highscore space.
^ the president is set - "rsc wasn't making enough money etc."
Deleting all accounts and making us all play and pay again is good business because they make more $ by deleting what we've already played and paid for.
That's the president here... No?
Skillet? Skill no.
I believe so, hence my understanding of the OP in this thread. Personally I wouldn't do it again cuz I don't wanna have to redo all the quests (what few of them tbh) all over again. That's what stopped me from ever getting into OSRS tbh.
I loathe quests.
I know eventually the game will end and ofc I'd be upset too, but I'd expect the entire company to stop not just one of their games; especially after people sunk thousands of dollars and hours over the years into it. A one-off game with a few MTX is much different than a subscription based one.
To me if they wanted to stop hosting/generating a loss on the servers they could have simply allowed it to be open source so others could host servers at their own cost. If people started generating money off of it they coulda just pulled a Nintendo.
It'd have to take a fairly big playerbase to pull enough revenue though if even the millions RS3/OSRS brought in couldn't compensate for the upkeep of these few servers.
