I dont know, but there are times it seems like this game is under attack. If people get frustrated enough many will move on.
There's a guy with an Ironman account that was banned. He doesnt know why. He appealed and simply told he broke the rules. Doesnt even seem that appealing is worth the effort. I dont know how the most brilliant of us can correct behavior if we cant even be told what that behavior is supposed to have been.
If the people whose jobs depend on this game dont care, I guess everyone else has no choice but to let it go.
From the things people say regarding the game, I sometimes wonder how many of them actually log in and play.
Lets take W84 as an example. I have never had such an easy time logging into W84. All week - hardly had to wait at all. I just read DXP starts Friday, so I expect that to change, but it will be eye-opening if it doesnt.
As for "The Numbers" - they can be inaccurate. They can be manipulated. Anyone that has ever done a Case Study can easily verify that.
Logging in once in a while and bankstanding is not playing the game. "The Numbers" can be deceiving.

W84 will be full during double xp, so if you want to go there make sure you exit to the lobby first. If you world hop and it's full the game can get crazy and you will have to deal with a login error for a couple minutes.

Out of 320,000,000 accounts 30K is solid? 160K is strong?

Jagex has talked about that over the years, how the total number of users to enter the game during the day is bigger than it might seem.
IMO those numbers are strong. I have seen much worse. There are people who know all about that, but I am only loosely interested. I see the number online and it looks good to me.
