You are comparing apples and oranges with your example of Mod Ash.

im sorry but no im not.

its not going to happen.
Offering 'ingame items' and let Jagex/JMods translate that in real life money ... yes that is out of the question and not possible to not get into conflict with The Law. 2_Tron said :
A fixed price, with ingame currency/money paid, can certainly be set as real life money has also a fixed price for the same amount of game-time.

'
A Bond is NOT an ingame item
' ... a Bond is a representation of a certain amount of 'GAMEPLAY' over a certain amount of 'TIME'.

I can buy bonds, buy through items as I have played RuneScape/OldSchool RuneScape for a certain amount of time to get these items and transfer them into RuneScape currency to buy Bonds with that currency. ...
In my example players 'do work/offer gametime' and translate/transfer that in 'game-currency' and with that game-currency they are able to buy themselves Bonds.

Problem is prices do fluctuate due to merchanting, so one moment 20Mill is enough (for a certain gametime) and the other moment prices gone up to 35Mill because of trades, shifts in supply and demand but the representation of gametime is exactly the same.
Merchers are scamming the '
RuneScape Community
' having control of '
paying by gameplay by purchasing Bonds through the Grand Exchange
'.

It is a dishonest representation and players have to pay double/triple or more for Bonds with ingame currency and Jagex/JMods are doing nothing about it. Players are being scammed by other players and Jagex/JMods do let it happen in plain sight.

Jagex/JMods themselves came with this type of solution to support Jagex/JMods their work/efforts and getting this '
Payment Method
' besides other regular methods.

Buying Bonds through gameplay should respectfully be treated with a fixed price like all payments are.

Jagex aren't the ones selling bonds to you on the GE. That's other players.

You may think that by using the bonds as a payment method you are a customer of Jagex. No. You're not. You're choosing to be the worker who provides the gp the customer is buying, and your payment for your labour is in the form of membership.

The customer is the player who purchased the bond from Jagex with real world money and your gold pieces are the product that the customer is paying for
.

I think you're forgetting why Jagex added bonds to the game. It was an effort to target goldsellers and to reduce botting by goldsellers. If Jagex were to put a fixed price on bonds, or to put an unreasonably low cap on the number of bonds we can have, it would send a signal to all the goldsellers about where to set their prices to undercut Jagex, and there are some cheats who would take their money to goldsellers to get a better deal.

@Saryssa, Jagex/JMods created bonds in their combat against RWT but they are letting RWT run free in RuneScape/OldSchool RuneScape controlling Bonds, and let the '
RuneScape Community
' take the damage, without the '
RuneScape Community
' having the ability to do something about it.
Jagex/JMods introduced Bonds in RuneScape/OlsSchool RuneScape and have to fix this huge issue for the community.

As long as Jagex/JMods trade Bonds to players for a fixed price, in real life money, Jagex/JMods should fix this issue for the community with a fixed price, in RuneScape currency, and not let the rest of the community pay for RWT-ers.

Have RWT-ers eventually won from Jagex/JMods coming to RuneScape's soil?

I am fully aware about 20 Bonds.

Still I will stick to an amount of 12 possible to stack in your bank. To stop hoarding. If Jagex/JMods are thinking of a lower number than that's up to them.

If you wanna pay for a years membership Jagex/JMods can still make them '
able to be stacked under Subscribe
' so you can reach a max of 20 there but they can't be returned to the Grand Exchange or your Bank anymore and re-use them to merch.

Bonds need to stay continuously in the loop for purchasing ... not for merching and let the RuneScape Community pay the price because of RWT.
