Jagex/JMods still collect data for future projects/pilots and nothing will be put to waste. Although they are not in the limelights their work is still a product of our feedback.

If I interpret correctly, you mean Jmods may stumble upon some issues on FH, but they won't regularly patrol FH daily or regularly?

No, Fmods will relay any important concerns to Jmods for clarification.
There hasn't been a gold post on the forums in ages besides the official news posts.

No, Fmods will relay any important concerns to Jmods for clarification.
Do you think Fmods will relay any concerns to Jmods against their "consensus"?
If their "consensus" deems the concerns not important, Fmods won't do anything in the RSOF, let alone relay anything to Jmods for clarification.
That's when the concerns go way over the gray area within the RSOF, the users have to weigh options to direct their concerns outside the RSOF.

... (2) I need clarification of guidelines for reporting in the FH. I was told the RSOF reporting guidelines required me to use the exact template (QID, Page, Post, Summary) format to report somebody with specific reasons outlined in the first posts of the FH thread. I was told I couldn't give too much information because Fmods knew how to investigate, I couldn't make assumptions the others were wrong, and so on. Please advise if these reporting guidance still hold today? ...

In the OP all was/is explained by Jagex/JMods, there's your clarification.
I know the FH guideline, but I am asking a question on the enforcement level, and Fmod Tuffy has voiced his opinion (page 1, Post 9). Of course, I will entertainment responses from other Fmods/Jmods if they have their opinions to add.
If and I say If a member of the F-Mod team sees an issue that Jagex needs to deal with or assess then Yes We pass along any concerns to them for review.
This is the normal way for us to deal with things. Sometimes a report needs Jagex input and thats sent in for them to review.
You may not see many Gold Posts but trust Me they are reading the Forums. I just wish like others they would post more. But thats for another thread or discussion.
Remember 1 Question can be asked by the OP for clarification on actions or in-actions taken within a thread. This has been within FH for a long time but very little used as Review thread was there. Now Review thread has gone a few people have used FH to ask a question. Some questions though may take a little while to answer. A post could be added that the question is under review and a reply incoming. It's then reviewed and reply left.

If you took the effort to read that same post does explain how it will be enforced.
On top of that here's how Jagex/JMods will enforce said matter
...
-> Hey all,
-> The last thread hit an insane amount of responses and was thousands of pages long, so it's
-> time we freshened it up a bit.
Same rules apply for the time being!
So accept that nothing is going to change anytime soon!!
Just scream into a pillow instead.
... was advice given somewhere else and might be the best given in ages.
I am asking questions, and not asking for changes in this thread. So if you want to scream and play with your pillow, my response is the same to you as I replied to the other thread.
Now continued with this thread, Tuffy has give us this comment:
"You may not see many Gold Posts but trust Me they are reading the Forums. I just wish like others they would post more. But thats for another thread or discussion.
"
Now that's the comment pertaining to my question. I also hope Jmods would post more. I remember the likes of Mod Lyon and CM Nick did post sometimes in the past, but that was quite a long while ago.
I'm not going to lie... The template is woefully out of date. With the ability to quote posts now. I just hit quote post. remove the section of the post I don't need to be included in the report. Highlight the remaining section, copy it, and paste it into the forum help text box. Let them figure it out from there, or note why I'm reporting it. Gives them a quick link directly to the post / thread that needs reviewing....
Tuffty didn't say that it was a retype of his original missive. Using it to make a point.
When the day becomes the night and the sky becomes the sea, when the clock strikes heavy and there’s no time for tea; and in our darkest hour, before my final rhyme, she will come back home to Wonderland and turn back the hands of time.
