This one time I went to ID and this silver coloured reptile told me I was a noob so I left.

I used them the first time to buy maple logs in bulk for firemaking while I was a f2p since sellers were hard to come by in free to play worlds. This was shortly before GE was released I believe.

My first post was a thread and I was suggesting a way to get old holiday event items that you missed. Got two negative responses. They weren't rude as far as I could remember but it wasn't a good feeling and I didn't post on the forums for a while lol.

The first post I recall, of any importance, I was asking Jagex to fix a very simple bug which was interfering with clan wars. My post was deleted, and I was given a warning to stop spamming. That pretty much set the tone, now I call the shots. :p
I started in the Future Updates News thread of yore, as I had a huge interest in future updates and the story. I've never lost that interest either, though FUN is long gone itself

Years ago In started my foruming days off in Off Topic. Those were the days of a no-life being an insult, so I figured if I posted there it would show I had a life outside of RuneScape lol.
OT was pretty popular back in those days, filled with a lot of hilarious people that were eventually all banned for their nonsense (well most of them anyway). They made it fun though, and that's what made the lasting impression on me I think, and why I have stuck with the forums for all these years since then.
But I guess I can say now is that the Forums is really good interacting with other people outside of the RS Game itself. Really a good way to get in contact with the Fmod/Jmods and of course other players and just reading what they have to offer. You'll find the most interesting and the most randomest things in the Forums, but that usually happens is like a couple sections of the forums, lol.
My first reaction to the forums was probably when reading a "Back Then I..." thread and was just agreeing with everysingle line saying "Yup, I remember that!"
