One thing I don't think is helping keep people around is some of the regulars are a bit abrasive. I have wanted to take part in a couple threads but after seeing some of the same people posting in them and being kinda a prick, I don't. I think I will stick to meeting other players on the discord and only coming on here to bump my clan's thread. I saw one thread where someone was upset about mean players and people were just like "grow thick skin you lil b". Gave me really big "f you snowflake" vibes and there is enough of that going on outside my door. I know there is only five of you, but if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. Or maybe these regulards are wanting to keep people out. Gatekeeping or whatever.

Sadly thats just something you have to deal with when being on the internet.

Not everyone is going to be as forthcoming as they might be IRL.

Plus ive dealt with my fair share of these exact ppl even on Discord hence why i avoid that.

So quite obvious they are still going to have websites, although it doesn't necessarily mean they will have forums. However, they also need to educate players to facilitate the growth of both existing and new games, and this may sound like what the forums are for.

Anyway, that new hire is accountable for ensuring the digital experiences will generate tangible value for the business, so whether they need forums may still be determined by how much tangible value they generate for Jagex's business.

Shocks me somewhat to think that people on Reddit seem to care enough about anybody who is "in my eyes" pretty normal, without mentioning any names, ok, one at times has been known to to come across as a repetitive annoying dickhead while the other seems to ogle at birds to much.

Both guys are ok by me but in my brutally honest opinion...

Neither are worthy of a topic dedicated in their name hahaha
