from Keywords (and definitely aren't Brandon, Shaddie or myself) - they're from another third party company (no information as to which one, sorry!) and are tasked with taking care of Reddit.
Also that description of LMod duties was copied directly from a post by CM Brandon on the forums, and to the extent of my knowledge, those Reddit LMods are not responsible for anything forum-related, nor with anything copyright/takedown related. So, in fact, that whole description doesn't really apply to their current tasks as CMs on Reddit.
I hope this clears a few things up!
Community Manager for Jagex
The replies by Mod Poerkie on the Reddit thread were a bit vauge & did leave open the door for speculation.
Inquiring minds want to know...
Interesting that Jagex has subcontracted out more of their CM duties to yet another third party company rather than expand their contract with Keywords since at the current time utilizing outside contractors for CM is limited to RS3.
It is not as if Keywords Studio would be unable to provide social media information gathering type of support too since that is part of what Keywords Studio appears to offer their clients (according to Keyword Studio website).
Since you don't know who the third party contractor is perhaps you would be able to find out and let us know. I am sure you will agree that Jagex should be transparent with it's customers. After all Jagex did inform their customers which company they were using when they contracted out CM duties to Keywords.

I'm sure there's a reason why they chose to take the path they decided to.
