Because the person controlling the throw-away account never accepted the response, very rebellious behavior. Given many chances and explained that the issue is no longer under the jurisdiction of the fmods, it was already escalated.
Don't use a throw-away account after throw-away account to get your point across: that is not how the forum is designed for.
Can you show me the rule in the Code of Conduct that states a user must obey the orders of a forum moderator?

Info above.
That's ingame mutes, not forum bans. Doesn't apply. Yes, an ingame mute will automatically temp ban from the forums, however, a temp forum ban does not automatically issue a ingame mute.
Info there.
It was written in 2013/2014 (look at the horrible old style forum template still in use). Most of the information in the thread is outdated, and inaccurate. I can't really accept that as any kind of reliable information.

I won't answer a wrong question, as wrong questions cannot be correctly answered.
Wow, look whose talking, you were the one who wants Fmods to launch a Protest against Jagex, you posted that idea on this thread 278-279-571-66075083. So have you convinced at least one fmod to your cause?
I'm out of here, the owner of those throw-away accounts just wait for a Jmod reply on a private mailbox.

Someone's salty!
The difference between me proposing that the FMods strike on behalf of the community, and an FMod making orders, is the fact that I never ordered any FMod to do anything.
"never post this again" - Remember that? That's a direct order.
That's why I asked where in the Code of Conduct does it state that a user must obey orders from an FMod.
I agreed to adhere to the Code of Conduct. I never agreed to take orders from anyone.
