I know many keyboards sometimes switch the " and @ sign, so you could try pressing shift+ the location of " on your keyboard.
If that does not help, you can try using the alt code for @ which is ALT+64. To use alt codes, make sure your Num Lock is on. Then hold down alt, and type in the code (in this case, 64) on your number pad (traditionally the numbers on the right hand side of the keyboard).
