It most definitely has not has been established why this *cant* happen. It hasn't been implemented but it could and eventually it can.
I'm not sure why this is a very hard no to some people. Jagex does some very forehead updates every month and I don't see as much hate towards them as I have with some of these posts related to this topic. We need to let go of the support from other company's and focus more on what Jagex does and should provide to the players.
