Think of the long term goals, watch fitness videos on YouTube often and follow fitness pages on facebook. Seeing physically fit and muscular people would make you want to be like them (well for me anyway lol) ive been going to the gym 3-4 times per week on average for over a year now. If its crap outside and you compensating on going to the gym, just say fuck it and go, works for me. Finally, don't slack while you're at the gym; knuckle down and give it your all. Gains will be made brah
The feels you get after a nice gym session is nice, and also have good nutrition so the effort you put in was not wasted.
Don't listen to the sarcasm comments that everyone makes and
just do it.
edit: one tactic I saw some people doing is note down whenever you go to the gym, eventually you'll have a nice streak going (hopefully) then you won't want to break the streak.
