What was your reason for starting; health, confidence, muscle, endurance, chicken legs, loath of your body, etc.? If you want something in your life, you'll find a way to make time for it.
If you just had a goal of reach x body weight and maintain it, then yeah, it's not surprising you're stopping slowly. If not, you just have to decide if you still weigh your reason for motivation with the same level of importance as when you first started.
If anything, it actually helps a lot to wake up like 2 hours earlier than normal and have the extra 2 hours spent going to gym, working out, going back home and get ready for the day.
Going to the gym gets so difficult during the day. Most of the time, you'd be like, I'm too busy or I'm too lazy. Why? Because for example, you have been playing rs for 8 hours, you probably don't want to stop playing rs to go to the gym.
However, if you make gym the first thing in the morning, it actually gets easy to go to the gym + the feeling you get when you have the whole gym to yourself at 6 in the morning.

I don't allow myself to sit down and play the game until I've worked out. I go to PF each morning and it's so cheap. Costs like $10 per month. $20 if you want the tanning and massage chairs, etc.
I do cardio for 30 mins. You just need to kick off that blanket Moose
