Having put about 6-8 hours a day into RS (and the remaining time into drinking copious volumes of alcohol) in the last year of my Computer Science and Maths uni course, I came out of it with a 2:2. Disappointing, but I deserved it, given how little work I did for it.

Now considering going back to uni as a "mature" student to study veterinary medicine... Unfortunate that I will have wasted roughly 1/20th of my life though.

Just started my first semester at a community college. I'm not completely sure what I want to end up doing with my life so I'm mainly taking classes that will transfer for a bigger college in a couple years. Right now I'm leaning towards teaching at a college or becoming a guidance counselor at a high school (like my uncle).

Oh hey Jellin. :P

I am currently majoring in biology. While I don't know what exactly I want to do yet, my interests change almost as often as botanical nomenclature (really often). My current interests within biology are virology (viruses are like the coolest things ever), bacteriology, immunology, zoology, botany, and I'm drifting towards some molecular biology as well. While I have many interests and am unsure what I want to do with my life, as long as I am doing anything involving biology, I'll be happy.

In my city, we have a world class biosafety level four (big scary suits required!) virology lab; it's my dream to work in there at some point in my life. I am also passionate about conservation (call me a tree hugger) so I am also considering careers within that field.

Good luck to everyone else in their studies!
