Just started my first semester of college last week, its definitely different than highschool. Taking a 4 credit hour speech class and the first thing the professor said is "By state law I can give you up to 4x the hours spent in class in homework and I intend to use it all" lol fk u too :(

Not quite sure what I want to major in, although I took a College Physics course last year which I really enjoyed. Thinking of Mechanical Engineering but to be completely honest I have little clue what an actual job involves and I'm scared af of the student loan debt
It's not the end that I fear with each breath, it's life that scares me to death

What else is awesome about grad school is that the universities fund you so much money to help with your expenses :p I don't think it's a loan either, considering you're technically working for them when you do research! Have fun :)

On a side note: First day of classes for anyone today?

I'm almost done with my law degree. Majored in taxation for the last two years and I only have to hand in my thesis in december to graduate.

Didn't pick the taxation major 100% out of interest lol. It's not uninteresting either but I  mostly chose it because it'll get you a job very quickly where I'm from (belgium).
I'm on the fence between going to the banks or the government (tax inspection) for my first job.
