8-9 if I have nothing planned for the next day or don't wake up automatically.
My schedules tend to be very dramatic, I can't really say weekday or weekend because they tend to be 1 in the same most of the time due to the nature of work.
I try to get 6-8 every night. Except Friday/Saturday nights, I might stay up later (social life, derp) and sleep in later as well on Saturday/Sunday mornings.
I mean, I know I have to sleep every now and then just to function properly ie healing and cell reproduction, but whoever created us needs a swift kick up the ass for not designing us without a need for so much sleep.
If I have to I can go 3-5 days with no sleep, but usually I get in at least 4 hours a night to do my daily routine.
Because of my job, i have to get up really early 4:30 am, so i generally get between 4-6
One day i will think of something clever to write here.......This however is not that day
