6-8 usually.

It wasn't always like this though; a few years back I'd sleep very little during the week, sometimes not at all and end up sleeping away the weekends. Though that's not something I want to get back to - sleeping more hours regularly feels better than how I felt back then.

My sleep pattern is so unstable I can't really tell.. sometimes I sleep a normal 8h, sometimes less, sometimes more, idk... It's very messed up lately. What army does to you, I guess... :(

Usually 9 hours, regardless of the day. If I cut it short one by a few hours I'll end up sleeping maybe 10 or 11 hours the following day which really sucks. Recently I just stay up very late into the night so I can't get a full length sleep as it's the only way I find myself able to cut down on sleep. :c

On top of that, it takes me 30-60 minutes in the mornings to leave an "I'm going to fall asleep any moment" state, so ya. If I'm not careful, I'll sleep half a day. :c

It's very weird though. Back when I did seasonals I easily managed on 2-4 hours sleep a day, but now I struggle with over double.

I get 7-8 hours of sleep.

9 out of 10 folks who say that they only need 3-6 hours are, unfortunately, lying. I used to do this in high school, but when I got to college, I realized that sleeping wasn't something I could compromise on anymore.

This is true. I'm not promoting anyone to sleep as less as I do. It is possible, you won't instantly die from it, but I assume in the future I will pay for it. Also, I often walk weirdly for a short couple of seconds when walking (like if drunk) , and my cognitive abilities are also worse than if i slept enough. It has one tiny more or less "positive" effect, for me it feels (during the week) like time just flies by. Like I think I looked at the clock 10 mins ago while it was more than 1 hour ago.

I even sometimes experience microsleep during exams. I often fall into microsleep while sitting in the bus on the way back home.

This night i slept for about 5 hours, 1-2 hours more than usual during the week and feel incredibly fine. Still I know it's unhealthy. I wish i could sleep 8-9 hours during the week, well but no matter how less I sleep, if i don't do something phsyically exhausting during the day it is extremly hard for me to become tired before midnight. Even if I only slept 3 hours the night before.
