Not sure if its just me, but I've just noticed these

I'm guessing your browser zoom is at 90%.
If that's the case then I think pretty much all the RS buttons will do that (with or without Linkify).
If pressing CTRL + 0 fixes it then that's the cause of the issue.
I have been thinking one day I might change all the forum buttons to make them zoom friendly. Tbh I hoped this would have been resolved with the re-skin since it's been an issue forever.
I just recently had some errors with this thing - I was trying to post and it booted me on an infinite login loop (and I made sure the security certificate was legit and that I wasn't somehow getting phished), and the page was displaying wrong (slightly jumbled, similar to above but a bit worse) but when I turned it off and on, it sorted itself out.
Anyone else having issues similar to this?

Not sure how that could be linkify. Linkify is confined to only the forum pages as far as I'm aware. I've had issues with the site lately, though, with stuff not loading right and being all jumbled, I had to reload a few times to fix it. And I had issues Saturday logging in on the website because it kept throwing error codes when hitting log in. It wasn't linkify because it was happening on my iPad, not my computer.

As Memphrica said, RS Linkify can't run on log in pages (by design). See
Lifer's post
confirming this.
However I can reproduce the log in loop as I described in the linked thread. I did this with no plugins at all. See Mod Allstar's reply as they have submitted a ticket to look into it.
Edit: The best way to break out of the log in loop is to return to the home page and log in from there. That way the data that was trying to be submitted (your post) is cleared and will no longer clash by using the expired session.
