All hover effects have been changed too, for thread plates, avatars, links and such.

The skin should apply to everything forum related, from threads, profiles, search pages, main/sub sections, and even specific rules.

I hope I haven't missed anything , anyway it's too late now.

The only thing I couldn't do is custom border colours, but I think that's okay in the short term.
