Found a small inconsistency
here
, but maybe it's intentional
If there's a quote of yourself inside a quote by you, the inner-most quote doesn't apply the gold border
So for example, if I quoted something from myself earlier..

And then you quoted this message, the above quote won't have a border in your post
On another note, would it be possible to add an undo quote button? Sometimes I find it confusing to find the end of a quote if I mistakenly select too much of the post to quote a selection, and it quotes the whole thing.. So it would be nice to have a "ctrl z" type effect for quoting

@Keighlea, you sure like lots of buttons!
I do indeed love buttons =) Buttons are shiny, and I'm one of those types who can't resist pushing them!
Just when I thought I had all the time issues sorted. I've found the problem and it seems to only occur at the 12th or 24th hour. I'll have a fix for it later today. Nicely spotted and thanks for pointing it out
The reason there is no undo after quoting is because the textarea content has been assigned a new value. As far as the browser is concerned that's the first input of text and there is nothing to undo. This behaviour is the same with and without RS-Linkify and changing the textarea pragmatically has the same effect as refreshing the page. Basically it gives it a clean slate.
So a simple undo after quoting isn't so straightforward. But I think the first step should be to tackle the problem that's making you want an undo. So I've made changes to selectable areas of posts.
If you update to v 2.0.2.0 and select the first word in a post and quote it. You'll find it's much more forgiving. If you over select (within reason) it won't be an issue
And as for the nested quotes with borders this should be working from your perspective I hope...
