I've added your title, go to Setting --> Miscellaneous --> Refresh Titles

then once you reload a forum page you should see your title
(that's assuming you have version 3.0.8.3)

I know now what updates have happened before that time and I also assume you were using non default chrome browser.

Also if the page is still loading (lil whirly icon hasn't stopped) RS Linkify might not have hooked the submit button yet.
