I had to do a system restore yesterday and restored it back to like 6 days ago, now Linkify doesn't work and I don't know what I've broken
halp! I've reloaded Chrome/rebooted my laptop but nothing works.

@Mintcakes, you're not the only one to have this happen after system restore.
Just remove RS Linkify, click the bin icon in the pic you posted. The reinstall it from the chrome app store.
If you have any problems don't hesitate to post here again and we'll get you sorted

Oh here's a tip: When you have RS Linkify set up how you like it, signature, custom colours, etc. Goto Miscellaneous Settings, and export your settings to a file. That will give you a backup of your settings that you can import at any time later.
