Sorry to you all for the late replies. I went away over Easter and just got home a little while ago.

@Zoras Domain, let me know if you're still having problems and I'll step you though a simple method to get it sorted.

@Morgan, that shouldn't be too hard to fix. As soon as I regenerate enough brain cells so I can remember my developer passwords for RS Linkify I'll get on to it :)

@Zeus, Hmmm seems like I have lost a year somewhere. Not the first time that's happened and probably wont be the last. Thanks for the heads up, I'll sort that soon :)
