Little Update: RS-Linkify Version 3.0.2.4

(Just some minor improvements)

- 24 hr time format no longer displays :00 seconds on main forum page.

- Some extra padding has been added to titles when they are arranged below username

- Removed the code that was fixing blurred text

- Added a new option to not embed avatar code when editing a post that doesn't have a code.

- Added a new option to remove bold formatting (was part of the blurred text fix)

- Added a new text to image code * coffee

Did some other stuff but I can't remember what I did now.
