Reddit and twitter have like more ninja requests and memes so its easier for the jmod to hop in there and say something quick then walk away. They get to selectively ignore stuff cause everyone else will forget it when it's drowned out past a few pages.
I guess there's less punchlines for them to work with for the forums. So its just crickets on the forums intead of the joking posts as with the other 2 sites. They should like post more for generic stuff.
I've seen other games do the whole reddit shaming of bans, guys like yo why i banned didnt do anything????? then the mod says well, you told people to die and cursed em out 87 times thru the mailing system and pms so the ban is warranted. Those posts are amusing but if they keep responding instead of ignoring they'll prob spam more.
They did good by opening the support forums for help. Going offsite for official help was just ugh. Overall it quarantined all those HACKED HELP ME PLEASE topics to that area instead of all over. I see a few support jmods weigh in with the support topics. But supports like the only recurring jmod interaction daily that I see on these forums.
They just need to like respond to topics in general more, I've only really seem them respond during update stickies topics otherwise *cricket cricket*. Which looks awkward when you see them responding to 5 different threads about other topics on reddit in the same hour.
