I wonder, is a level 78 sunspear actually better than a level 75 sunspear with level 90 offhand? If not then what about level 70 blisterwood with an offhand?

Accuracy is pretty much capped out, or so I believe. This is for vyres obviously, in other places you would not use the sunspear at first place.. Hi
