Stopped at 198m-ish but all that effigy XP and bonfire boosting eventually caught up with me. A blisterwood log from quest finished it off (for the ashes). .

I thought I'd hit 200m FM after quest (giving me time to record and capture that glorious moment). But nope, I forgot for just a second that burning logs gives FM XP and BAM! 200m XP unexpectedly. No recording 4 me.
