Where did they actually announce that the memorial thing was going to change into a requirement? I don't remember seeing it anywhere (and from the amount of people complaining, I don't think I'm the only one :P )

I did it anyway since I like to complete content, but seems a bit rude to do it that way lol, especially with the early bird bonus only having a few days left now
